In case of exchange, the customer will be responsible for the cost of the new shipment. If delivery is returned from Portugal, the return is free through Chronopost – always in combination with the customer support of the Missangas & Co. email@example.com, to schedule your shipmentIf you choose a different courier or other postage method, the shipping charges will be at the customer’s expense. For other countries, shipping charges are at the customer’s expense.
CONDITIONS OF RETURN
All items must be in perfect condition, with the original labels and packaging and the respective invoice. Otherwise, Missangas & Co. reserves the right to refuse the return.
For returns, the refund is made on the same payment method used for the purchase. Refunds can take approximately 7 to 10 business days, depending on your bank and only when the Missangas & Co receives the returned product.
